This is the finished version of [link] I didn't expect to color it...nor did I expect I'd spend so much time on it...but there you have it.

In Feet of Clay, we get to see Vetinari collapsing often as the result of arsenic poisoning...and come as close as we probably ever well to seeing him asleep. I couldn't resist the challenge.

Wuffles should not be there, by the way (poor ickle doggie might get poisoned too....), but my sister was insistent, so I left him in. I'm terrible at drawing dogs.

As I explained in the sketch descrip, I was intending to have Vimes coming in with his pizza (poor Vimes, scared that everything in the palace is poisoned

), but I Can't. Draw. Vimes. Eurghh. Maybe one day I'll go back and fit him in.

Possibly the closest we've ever seen Vetinari get to being an actual human being. Really well executed, I love the colours, they really go with the autumnal fogginess of the scenes in the book.
